Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes and No, the minimum order is $100 for free delivery and anything less than $100 will have a $25 delivery fee.
Q: Where can you drop off my order?
A: Orders will be dropped off on the front porch or on the driveway. We will not drop off in the back yard unless previously discussed
Q: Is there a set time for my products to be delivered.
A: 1-2 days is the timeframe. It can be anytime in between dawn and dusk. If you have an urgent order, hit us up and we can work something out.
Q: How long will my order take to be delivered
A: 1-2 business days. If it will be longer, you will be contacted
Q: Can you deliver outside your service area?
A: Yes, if it is worth it. Send us an email and we can discuss
Q: I am trying to check out with PayPal quick pay and it won't let me.
A: I think the issues is with how it imports your address. I will update later
Q: Can you get other products like pumps, pump parts and other equipment?
A: Yes. Shoot us an email and I can get you a quote. The big issues with DIY expensive items will be the warranty. If you do it yourself, the warranty is usually less than if a professional pool technician installed the equipment
